The Federal Parliament has recently passed the Fair Work (Registered Organisation) Amendment (Administration) Bill 2024 which will see an independent external administrator appointed to all state/territory branches of the CFMEU Construction and General Division.

This administration scheme will impact the commercial, civil and residential sectors of the industry. Whether you have direct engagement with the union or not, these measures could affect you. Join us as we unpack what has happened, what you need to do, and the next steps.
