Master Builders (缅北禁地)听has established a Strata Inspection Panel (鈥淧anel鈥) in response to the Strata Scheme Management Act 2015 for identified building industry organisations to prepare, establish and maintain a Panel to carry out inspections on Class 2 and 3 Buildings.
缅北禁地 Consultants who had applied to be on the Panel attended an interactive Workshop for two days on 22-23 October 2021.听As a result, 15 缅北禁地 Consultants are now qualified to be on the Panel.听
The 缅北禁地 is now updating its website to include the Panel which will go 鈥渓ive鈥 very soon.
It is anticipated that a further opportunity will be available early next year for any other 缅北禁地 Consultants interested in being included on the Panel. Anyone who is interested in becoming an Inspector should satisfy themselves that they meet the eligibility criteria and, if so, can complete an expression of interest 听to attend the upcoming workshop. The number of places available for the Workshop will be limited.
